What you're buying
A one-time audiobook generated from the file you upload, in the voice you select. Because every audiobook is custom-generated for you and incurs real processing costs on generation, sales are generally final.
Preview first
To help you decide before paying, we provide a free audio preview of your selected voice. We strongly encourage you to listen to the preview before purchasing — it is the best way to confirm the voice is right for you.
When we do refund
We will issue a full refund if:
- a technical failure on our side prevents your audiobook from being generated and we cannot resolve it; or
- the delivered file is corrupted or substantially defective and we cannot deliver a working replacement.
In these cases we may first attempt to re-generate or repair the audiobook at no cost to you.
When we generally don't refund
- You changed your mind after a successful delivery ("buyer's remorse").
- You uploaded the wrong file or selected the wrong chapters/voice (the preview and on-screen summary are provided to help you avoid this).
- You dislike the AI narration after purchasing, where a representative preview was available before purchase.
- The underlying book's content (your upload) is not what you expected.

How to request a refund

Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a chargeback. Filing a chargeback for a successfully delivered audiobook may result in suspension of access.
